Foodie Moments: Spicy Baked Beans and Rice
1 cup uncooked Blue Ribbon Rice 1 cup water 1 tablespoon Geddy's cooking oil
1/4 cup chopped red onion 2 cans of Geddy's baked beans 2 tablespoons of Geddy's Hot Sauce 1 pkg. Geddy's Coconut Cream powder 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Pinch of salt
Dash of black pepper
Directions Cook rice in water. Meanwhile, heat oil in medium saucepan over medium-high heat until hot. Add onion; stir until slightly cooked. Reduce heat to medium. Add beans, hot sauce, salt, coconut cream powder and black pepper; mix well. Cook just until mixture comes to a boil, stirring occasionally. Add cooked rice; mix well and then serve with cheese sprinkled on top.
