1 can Geddy's sausage
1 medium-size green pepper, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 package, Geddy's Coconut Cream Powder
1 teaspoon Geddy's Cooking oil
1 cup chicken broth
7-oz. Blue Ribbon Rice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Garnish: chopped fresh parsley
Place chicken broth in a pot and bring to a boil then add rice. Cook for 10 minutes. Saute Geddy's sausage in a large nonstick pan with Geddy's Cooking oil over medium-high heat until lightly browned. Remove sausage, and drain on paper towels,.
Add pepper, onion, and garlic to pan, and sauté over medium-high heat until tender. Add rice, sausage, salt, and pepper to pan. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and simmer for 5 minutes. Garnish, if desired.
