Keerene Carty is a  result-oriented management professional with over 10 years experience in mid to senior level marketing and sales leadership for start up, early stage growth, established and regional organizations.

​She is also the founder of Marksales Solutions Limited - a development consulting company that was formed in 2015  which provides marketing, sales and business development services to particularly SME clients in Jamaica.


The Keep Growing Initiative provides the much needed resource to help young adults transition from students to successful employees and for young employees to fast track their career to senior manager positions. Keerene has a desire to help mentor and coach budding professionals to improve their business and financial acumen to make the pathway to success less bumpy.  

A product of the country, Keerene grew up in May Pen, Clarendon -  Jamaica where she attended Clarendon College. She moved to Kingston at 18 years old to attend the University of the West Indies where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Literature in English with a minor in International Relations. She also earned a Post–Graduate Diploma in English Education from the University of the West Indies, then later obtained a Masters of Science Degree in Human Resource Management from Nova Southeastern University. All by the age of 25 years old.

Keerene has consistently coached and developed employees to deliver revenues, establish and build strong client relationships and to build their personal brands.  She has served as Business Development Manager for Unicomer Jamaica, Country Manager - Jamaica  for Trend Media Group (Digicel Group), Marketing & Sales Manager for RJR Group, and Asst. Advertising Manager at Jamaica Observer to name a few of her past positions.
